SJP movement nowadays

Lots of people have passed over the years, and recently, but the "legacy" of it is still in heart... people are either dead, doing time, or doing great. Bands like No More Saints, Stitches, Raw Helmet (17-18 year old kids) are trying to accomplish one thing by still playing- for fun and memories to look back to. It upsets a lot of people to see how "punk rock" is labeled now..... Sublime is considered a good PUNK band.... ? WTF!
Anyways, listen to these bands (or don't, suite yourself asshole).

  1. The Swallows Day gig yesterday RULED !!! so many familiar faces from the SJP days of the past. Swallows day back then was the best day -there was always a backyard gig with all the local bands. I hope that this is a tradition that continues -it was cool that it was all ages & we could see the new generation continue with the same fun we had back then.
